We recommend putting your hearing aid in a crush proof container with a little padding (an old pill or vitamin bottle with a paper towel stuffed in there works fine) and then placing the crush proof container in a small shipping box.
Include in your package a note explaining (as best you can) what you think is wrong with your aid, a daytime phone number and your return address.
We know the constant fluctuation between the U.S. and Canadian Dollar can be aggravating. What seems to be the easiest is that we call you when your repair is completed and take a credit card number over the phone or you can securely pay via credit card or PayPal on our website.

The pricing is the same, either $199 for a standard repair (6 month warranty) or $249 for a premium repair (1 year warranty) but the shipping is a standard $50. Due to cost, we only ship to Canada using the United States Postal Service (USPS).
