New Product Warranty
All new merchandise or products purchased from HearSource are warranted against material or manufacturing defect by the original manufacturer for a minimum period of one year (certain hearing aid models may have warranties from the manufacturer for two or three years) from the date of shipping from our facility to your address. At our sole discretion we may repair, exchange, replace or upgrade any defective product that you have purchased from us. Additional/extended warranties are available for purchase at additional cost. Please contact HearSource for additional information concerning extended warranties. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. To obtain warranty service on any HearSource product, please include a check for processing, shipping & handling of $19.95.
Hearing Aid Repair Warranty
All hearing aids repaired by HearSource are warranted for six months from the date of shipment to you unless you have specifically requested and paid the additional $50 fee for a one year warranty. To obtain warranty service on any HearSource repair, please enclose a check for processing, shipping & handling for $19.95

First off let me say that I hate the idea of having to wear hearing aids at all. When I got my hearing tested these ReSound ONE 9’s are what the local audiologist recommended, for a price of over $7,000. Yikes! I went home and discussed it with my family. $7,000 is an awful lot of money for me. My daughter’s husband wears hearing aids and has for many years. He had purchased his last set of ReSound hearing aids from HearSource.com and he was extremely happy and satisfied not only with the hearing aids but the support they provide also.
I submitted my hearing test to HearSource and purchased a set of ReSound ONE 9 hearing aids in a warm grey color. They are amazing sounding and they fit well. They were preprogrammed for me based on the submitted hearing test that I got from my local audiologist. When I received the hearing aids (via UPS), I called HearSource and let them know that I had received the new hearing aids and they scheduled a “first fit” appointment with one of their technicians. At the appointed time, a very nice person named Aaron called and he remotely fined-tuned the hearing aids to my liking. It was a very simple process. They used the ReSound 3D app on my smartphone. It couldn’t have been easier.

I can not say enough good things about this company. In today’s business environment, I get so frustrated dealing with or trying to talk to computers, push #1 for English, push #2 for Spanish, push this button for this department and push another for a different department. then when or even if you get to talk to a live person, they tend to be rushed, rude or condescending. These people here at HearSource are the most friendly and easy to get along with professionals that I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a long. Sometimes I feel like I am talking to a friend or even a family member.
The hearing aids are absolutely the newest technology offering from ReSound and HearSource preprogrammed them up for me prior to shipping them to me. I have had 2 remote programming sound adjustments over the last couple of months, both with a technician named Aaron. He is awesome. Even that is easy to do. I just call up and schedule an appointment, and Aaron calls at the appointed time.

These are the newest family of hearing aids from ReSound. I ordered mine from HearSource about two weeks ago and received them in less than a week. I have a high frequency hearing loss and HearSource recommended that I go with these including the new m&rie receiver. That is the one with an additional microphone in the ear canal. They are very natural sounding and I especially like how I can hear an individual voice even when I am in a group of people. Very refreshing not to have to struggle and strain to read lips. These are also rechargeable which is nice. The app on my iPhone is easy to use and control the volume, change programs, etc.
I highly recommend these hearing aid when appropriate for your specific hearing loss.

So far so good. I purchased the Rechargeable ReSound ONE 9 with the microphone in the canal/ear version, and I do feel like the audio quality is an improvement over my old ReSound Linx 3D hearing aids. These hearing aids are providing a much more immersive or fuller sound. It is easier for me to determine where specific sounds are coming from much easier than before. The sound quality is very natural. Speech is easier to understand, even in noisier environments. HearSource has done an outstanding job of programming and adjusting the sound/hearing to my liking.
