New Product Warranty

At our sole discretion we may repair, exchange, replace or upgrade any defective product that you have purchased from us. Additional/extended warranties are available for purchase at additional cost. Hearing Aid Repair Warranty
All hearing aids repaired by HearSource are warranted for six months from the date of shipment to you unless you have specifically requested and paid the additional $50 fee for a one year warranty. Review of the ReSound ONE 9 – RIE 62 Hearing Aids. The hearing aids themselves fit easily and comfortably over the ear, and the contour of the speaker wire design sits securely over the ear.
The sound quality I found to be superb, with no noticeable circuit noise.
I ordered these hearing aids with the standard size 13 zinc-air hearing aid batteries. I like the larger battery size and the ease at which I can find replacement batteries.
I have found the new Ultra Focus feature to be quite effective at focusing and allowing me to understand the speaker in front of me, even in the presence of significant background noise.
All in all, I find the performance of these hearing aids to be excellent.
