New Product Warranty
All new merchandise or products purchased from HearSource are warranted against material or manufacturing defect by the original manufacturer for a minimum period of one year (certain hearing aid models may have warranties from the manufacturer for two or three years) from the date of shipping from our facility to your address. At our sole discretion, we may repair, exchange, replace, or upgrade any defective product that you have purchased from us. Additional/extended warranties are available for purchase at an extra cost. Please contact HearSource for additional information concerning extended warranties. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. To obtain warranty service on any HearSource product, please include a check for $19.95 to cover processing, shipping & handling.

All hearing aids repaired by HearSource are warranted for a period of six months from the date of shipment back to you. To obtain warranty service on any HearSource repair, please enclose a check for $19.95 to cover processing, shipping & handling.

Please return the item(s) in the original, undamaged condition (including all original materials, packaging, and accessories) within 45 days of our shipping date to you of any product for a refund. I have worn hearing aids for 30 years. I have worn Siemens, Starkey, Widex, Unitron, ReSound, and now these new ReSound Vivia 9’s. WOW, these Vivia’s are truly amazing. I have a severe high-frequency hearing loss in both ears. My silicone tips are open tips. I really can’t tell that I have hearing aids on. They are so quiet, all the while helping me hear better. There is no circuit noise at all. These are very small (the smallest RIE aids I have ever worn) and discreet. I ordered black in color, so if anyone ever saw them, they would think that they were the back of my glasses. I am really loving the very clear and natural sound that these aids are providing, and a great choice for me. I do highly recommend ReSound Vivia 9 hearing aids and Hearsource.

I have had my Resound Vivia’s for about 5-6 months, and they work fine. I don’t wear them as often as I should, but they work great. We recently went to a wedding on a Saturday, and I listened to the football game the entire time during the ceremony using the streaming feature. I obtained mine due to tinnitus and some hearing loss. Streaming music or whatever seems to distract me from the tinnitus.
