The Widex COM-DEX is a stylish, hands-free communication device that streams high-quality sound to Widex hearing aids from ANY connected Bluetooth device. This hands-free solution hangs around your neck and connects your hearing aids wirelessly to the digital world. Additionally, using the Widex COM-DEX app (available for iOS and Android), you can easily control your hearing aids via COM-DEX from your smartphone.

The Widex Com-Dex Streamer is designed to work with all wireless hearing aids including UniqueBeyond,  Evoke, and MOMENT Hearing Aids.

You can connect the COM-DEX to up to two different phones.

Work phone and/or a personal phone, you can take calls through COM-DEX on either. Or use one for phone conversations, and the other for music. It’s up to you.

Steps to Pair the COM-DEX to a Windows 10 computer:

  1. Close the loop on the COM-DEX
    1. The COM-DEX will begin to flash blue and red indicating it is in pairing mode
  2. On the computer press the Windows key + to open the settings app
  3. Navigate to Devices and go to Bluetooth
  4. Wait for the COM-DEX to appear as a headset device
    1. Select the COM-DEX from the list of available Bluetooth devices
    2. Click Pair

The COM-DEX is available in three colors for more personal feeling: Champagne White, Anthracite Grey and Emerald Green.

    Good little product. I use it all the time. Four stars instead of five due to having to re-pair it from time to time with the hearing aids. No issues with the seller. The product is as advertised. Fast shipping. Easy purchase.

    I gave this Widex Com-Dex a 3-star review because I have to re-pair it to my iPhone frequently. Once I get it paired, it works fine. I’m not sure if the issue is with the Com-Dex or my phone. But either way, I have to re-pair it at least once or twice a week.

    I use the Com-Dex with my Widex Unique hearing aids. Seems to work well. I don’t wear or use it all the time, just when I anticipate needing to stream calls in a situation where I don’t want others to be able to hear my personal calls. I also use it when I think I’ll be in a noisy situation. Again, it works as advertised.

New Product Warranty

All new merchandise or products purchased from HearSource are warranted against material or manufacturing defect by the original manufacturer for a minimum period of one year (certain hearing aid models may have warranties from the manufacturer for two or three years) from the date of shipping from our facility to your address. At our sole discretion we may repair, exchange, replace or upgrade any defective product that you have purchased from us. Additional/extended warranties are available for purchase at additional cost. Please contact HearSource for additional information concerning extended warranties. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. To obtain warranty service on any HearSource product, please include a check for processing, shipping & handling of $19.95.

Hearing Aid Repair Warranty

All hearing aids repaired by HearSource are warranted for six months from the date of shipment to you unless you have specifically requested and paid the additional $50 fee for a one year warranty. To obtain warranty service on any HearSource repair, please enclose a check for processing, shipping & handling for $19.95

Return Policy, 45-Day Money Back Policy

HearSource offers only the best brand names and the highest quality goods. We provide a 45-day return for refund policy.  If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact HearSource at 1-800-416-2434 and request a RMA authorization (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Return the item(s) in the original, undamaged condition (including all original materials, packaging and accessories) within 45-days of our shipping date to you of any product for refund. Returned merchandise must be received by us at our HearSource location within 45-days of our shipping date to you. 456-Day Return Policy

After we receive the product for return, your refund will be made to you in the manor in which you paid. For example; if you paid using a credit card, your refund will be applied to that specific credit card. If you paid by cash or check, your refund will be in the form of a check.
