New Product Warranty
All new merchandise or products purchased from HearSource are warranted against material or manufacturing defect by the original manufacturer for a minimum period of one year (certain hearing aid models may have warranties from the manufacturer for two or three years) from the date of shipping from our facility to your address. At our sole discretion we may repair, exchange, replace or upgrade any defective product that you have purchased from us. Additional/extended warranties are available for purchase at additional cost. Please contact HearSource for additional information concerning extended warranties. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. To obtain warranty service on any HearSource product, please include a check for processing, shipping & handling of $19.95.
Hearing Aid Repair Warranty
All hearing aids repaired by HearSource are warranted for six months from the date of shipment to you unless you have specifically requested and paid the additional $50 fee for a one year warranty. First, I wish I didn’t have to wear hearing aids at all, but that being said I was having issues, missing out a bit at work, home, and with the grandchildren. After doing quite a bit of research, I bought these Resound Linx Quattro 5 hearing aids online from HearSource (submitted my hearing test online also) on March 1, 2020, (a Sunday). They arrived at my residence on March 4th (that Wednesday). AMAZING. They had already been programmed for my hearing loss and were ready to wear right out of the package. I wore them for a few days and then contacted Hearsource for a few fine-tuning adjustments. I received their adjustments on the same day that I requested it. They uploaded the adjustments to my iPhone and I then downloaded the adjustments from my phone to my aids. I never even had to leave the house. How cool is that. I am very pleased.

Very good hearing aid here. I have worn these hearing aids for about a year now. It is very reliable, comfortable, and I hear well with them. I am able to stream my phone calls directly from my iPhone to the aids without the use of any other additional accessories. HearSource has been reliable to deal with, no issues. Very handy getting my adjustments thru my phone in my home and not having to drive thru traffic to the local hearing aid office. I think the folks at HearSource are better at getting the adjustments just right compared to what the local folks were able to do.
